Shipping & Returns Policy
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking
information.
Shipping typically takes up to 21 days from the date your order is processed.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or
carrier delays.
Kerria’s Kollection ships all orders using USPS and UPS.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or
incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method like “USPS & UPS” when sending
your return.
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Kerria’s Kollection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by
the carrier.
Please contact USPS or UPS directly to file a claim if this occurs. We will assist where possible.
Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive your returned item for review and
processing.
If your return is approved:
● You will receive 50% of your original payment as a refund
● You may choose to receive store credit for the full amount, which can be used toward
any product at Kerria’s Kollection.
● Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days
after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment
provider
